Product Availability
At times, you may successfully add a product to your shopping cart and complete the checkout process, receiving an Order Confirmation from ChloeDiamonds. However, due to high demand or limited stock, the product may become unavailable shortly after your order is placed. You acknowledge and agree that in such cases, ChloeDiamonds reserves the right to cancel your order even after confirmation has been issued, without any penalties or liabilities.
On very rare occasions, you may even receive a Shipping Confirmation, yet the product becomes unavailable from our own inventory or that of our trusted third-party fulfillment partners. In such cases, ChloeDiamonds reserves the right to rescind acceptance of your order and cancel it without penalty, should fulfillment prove impossible.
If you are interested in a jewelry piece currently on backorder, please contact us via email. Our customer service team will provide you with an estimated restock date or suitable alternatives. Due to the high volume of orders received, certain products may sell out before an update is reflected on the Site. In these instances, ChloeDiamonds will reach out to you directly to offer possible solutions—such as waiting for restock, selecting an alternative design, or receiving a refund—ensuring your shopping experience remains as smooth and transparent as possible.
Pricing
In rare circumstances, certain data on our Site—including product information, availability, or pricing—may be inaccurately displayed due to system glitches, typographical mistakes, or human error. Such inadvertent inaccuracies, including incorrectly advertised prices, are not binding on ChloeDiamonds, and may be corrected or adjusted by us at any time. Loose Diamonds Price Match Policy: Terms & Conditions
Price Match Eligibility
Our Price Match Guarantee applies exclusively to loose lab-grown diamonds and does not extend to finished or complete jewelry pieces. Diamonds featured in our Design Your Engagement Ring section are eligible for review under this policy.
Terms & Conditions for Loose Diamond Price Match Guarantee:
- Publicly Visible Pricing
The competing price must be publicly accessible to everyone and cannot be a private or one-off sale. Diamonds listed on marketplace aggregator sites that average prices from multiple retailers are not eligible for the Price Match Program. - Diamond Comparability
Both lab-grown diamonds must share the exact same specifications — including carat weight, cut, color, clarity, and shape. Determination of comparability rests solely with ChloeDiamonds’ gemological specialists. - Pre-Purchase Requirement
The Price Match Guarantee can only be applied before you complete your purchase. We cannot issue partial refunds or adjustments after a transaction has been finalized. - Proof of Competitor’s Price
To validate the comparison, customers must provide our diamond consultants with a direct link to the competitor’s diamond. All Price Match requests must be submitted via email to [email protected]. - Authorized Retailers Only
The competing diamond must be sold by a recognized and certified retailer. Individual sellers, private resales, or unauthorized vendors will not be considered. - Active Pricing
The competitor’s lower price must be valid at the time of verification. Expired promotions, temporary offers, or outdated pricing will not qualify. - Currency Requirement
The competitor’s diamond pricing must be listed in U.S. dollars (USD). - Availability & Stock
The diamond must be currently available for purchase and in stock with the competitor. “Coming soon” or back-ordered items are not eligible. - Promotions & Exclusions
Special promotions such as rebates, gift cards, bundled products, or “buy one, get one” offers will not qualify for Price Match consideration. - Exclusion of Auctions & Pawn Shops

Passage of Title
The legal title and ownership rights of goods purchased from ChloeDiamonds transfer from ChloeDiamonds to the purchaser or the purchaser’s designated recipient at the moment the goods are successfully delivered to the specified designee. Once delivery has been completed, all risks associated with the goods, including loss, damage, or theft, are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

Signature Confirmation for Deliveries

To ensure safe delivery, all orders must be sent to a verified physical business or residential address — we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or unverified locations. Returns

Cancellation of Products

Diamond Certificates
When purchasing a loose diamond, your order will be accompanied by a diamond grading report (certificate) issued by a recognized gemological laboratory. As these reports are costly to replace, every return must include the original certificate. If a diamond is returned without the certificate, a replacement fee of $100 USD will be charged.
Comparison Purchasing
To maintain fairness, comparison purchasing—ordering multiple items with the intent of keeping one and returning the others—is not permitted. This practice causes undue inventory strain and operational costs.
